Vertical Lead- Beauty Digital Agent

We are a leading full-service talent agency based in Los Angeles, representing top-tier talent across film, television, digital media, and branding. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and experienced Vertical Lead – Beauty Digital Agent to lead and grow our beauty vertical within the digital department.

You will be a key player in driving the agency’s digital revenue, talent development, and cross-platform brand relationships. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, strategy) and external stakeholders (brands, platforms, buyers) to help talent grow both creatively and commercially.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

Talent Management & Representation

– Represent and manage a roster of digital-native talent, serving as the main point of contact for negotiations, strategy, and day-to-day management.
– Identify and recruit new talent aligned with agency goals.

Vertical Leadership

– Develop and execute strategic plans for your talent vertical, aligning with broader department and agency growth goals.
– Team recruitment and development
– Build category expertise—track industry trends, audience behavior, and platform shifts specific to your vertical.

Brand Partnerships & Deal Flow

– Pitch and close brand deals, sponsorships, and platform opportunities for talent.
– Lead negotiation of contract terms with support from legal and business affairs.
– Build and maintain relationships with agencies, brand partners, studios, and platforms.

Revenue & Performance

– Own vertical revenue targets and regularly report on forecasts and campaign performance.
– Provide mentorship or oversight to junior agents or assistants supporting your vertical.

Innovation & Platform Strategy

– Guide creators on content strategy, monetization trends (YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, etc.), and new monetization streams (subscriptions, NFTs, live commerce).
– Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to optimize campaign performance and audience growth.

Skills required for the position are (but not limited to):
– 5+ years of experience in digital talent management, influencer marketing, or entertainment representation.
– Strong deal-making experience, including sponsorships, content licensing, or brand integration.
– Deep understanding of your specific vertical (e.g., beauty, gaming, lifestyle) and the relevant talent, trends, and platforms.
– High-level negotiation and interpersonal skills.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting pitches, campaign decks, and proposals.
– Well-connected with agencies, brands, or digital platforms

This position is Los Angeles based, they will report directly to the Digital department managers and must be comfortable as a team player with fellow team members.

Compensation: $200,000-$500,000 annually, based on experience and client roster. Additional commission and bonus opportunities available.
